Google Champion Reflections
"The smartest person in the room is the room"... Wow!!! was I ever blown away when attending the Google Champions Symposium in Sunnyvale, California. I first heard this saying when I was introduced to an educational escape type room in a box by a Google Innovator (we actually got a mini version of a Google escape box delivered to us before I attended the innovator institute in Sydney in 2017) but this symposium brought this in spades!!! I ventured out to California by myself for a few days in San Francisco to see the sites (Alcatraz, Sonoma, Ghiardelli Square, Baseball game, etc.) and had a fun packed few days away from what has already been a very busy school year (a huge thank you and shout out to my administrator colleagues for supporting this including my wonderful superintendent).
